Stocks
Add quotes, company profiles, daily prices, earnings, financial statements, and company news to an agent.
Naven Stocks is a read-only market and company data API for agents, research tools, and financial applications. It presents six company datasets and a tokenized-stock directory through one consistent JSON contract:
| Dataset | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Stock token catalog | Find verified Robinhood Chain stock-token addresses and logo URLs |
| Quote | Current price, daily move, volume, session range, and market cap |
| Profile | Company identity, sector, industry, leadership, and exchange |
| Price history | Daily open, high, low, close, volume, change, and VWAP |
| Earnings | Reported and estimated EPS and revenue |
| Financials | Aligned income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow periods |
| News | Recent company coverage with a summary and source URL |
The base URL is:
https://api.naven.network/v1/stocksEach Stocks endpoint accepts an x402 exact payment or a funded Naven project API key.
For occasional requests, follow the PAYMENT-REQUIRED challenge. For server-to-server
access, create a project and add credits, then use its API key.
Both methods pay the same listed price. Every success uses
Naven's standard response envelope:
{
"code": 0,
"message": "ok",
"data": {}
}Start with the quickstart, then use the API reference for every field and query limit.
A practical research flow
For a broad company question, an agent can:
- Fetch
/profile/{symbol}to identify the company and its business. - Fetch
/quote/{symbol}and/history/{symbol}for current and recent price context. - Fetch
/earnings/{symbol}and/financials/{symbol}for reported performance. - Fetch
/news/{symbol}for recent events and source links.
Run independent requests concurrently when possible. Financials already combines three statement types, so you do not need separate income, balance sheet, and cash flow calls.
Scope and safety
This API returns market and company information and a stock-token directory. It does not
connect a brokerage account, report a user's portfolio, submit orders, or guarantee that
a listed token can be traded through your execution venue.
Data may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or unavailable for a symbol. Use asOf,
reporting dates, article timestamps, nullable fields, and HTTP cache headers instead of
assuming every value is current.
Naven Stocks is not investment advice. Applications that make financial decisions should apply their own suitability, risk, licensing, and human-review requirements.
